How The List Works

 

Thank you so much for your interest in joining our Master Waitlist. If you’re considering joining, we encourage you to first read through our website so you can get a better understanding of our program and get to know us a little better.

Our Master Waitlist is one general list designed for families who are ready to welcome a puppy within the next 0–24 months.

Once your deposit is placed, your name is added to the bottom of the Master Waitlist. When a litter is born, we begin at the top of the Master Waitlist and work our way down, reaching out to families in order until that litter’s reservation list has been filled.

At that point, families may either:
   •    Move forward with that specific litter, in which case their name is transferred to that litter’s reservation list
   •    Pass on that litter and remain on the Master Waitlist for future opportunities

Puppy availability depends on litter size, the number of males and females, and which families ahead of you choose to move forward.

Current Estimated Wait Times
   •    Male puppy: approximately 9–18 months
   •    Female puppy: approximately 3–6 months

We begin reaching out to families once puppies are around two weeks old.

At that time, you’ll receive an email with:
   •    Litter details (birthdate, number of puppies, and go-home dates)
   •    The option to move forward with that litter or wait for a future opportunity

Please respond within 24 hours, as we move quickly through the list. We send one email per litter and may move to the next family if we do not hear back within that timeframe.

If you choose to move forward with a litter, we’ll begin sending regular updates, photos, videos, and next-step details as the puppies grow.

Puppy Selection

Puppy selection takes place when the puppies are around seven weeks old, in the order deposits were received for that specific litter list.

Before selection, we provide updated photos, videos, and temperament notes, followed by a FaceTime call to help guide your decision and make the process feel personal and exciting.


Important Policies
   •    Families joining the Master Waitlist should be prepared to welcome a puppy within the next 24 months
   •    Deposits reserve your place on the Master Waitlist for up to 24 months
   •    If you move from the Master Waitlist to a specific litter list and later decide not to move forward, your name will be returned to the bottom of the Master Waitlist
   •    Because we move in order, families may choose to pass on a litter and remain on the list for future opportunities
   •    We reserve the right to retain or offer premium first and second pick male or female spots from any litter
   •    Premium pick opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional fee
